Outside the Villa you will find a shaded terrace with a table for at least 8 people where you can have lunch, dinner or just a relaxing siesta. The terrace has beautiful panoramic views at the pool area and the surrounding countryside, and can be directly accessed from the kitchen as well as the living room. The sun terrace is equipped with custom made upholstery for comfortable hours enjoying the incredible view. The large 10 x 4 swimming pool (which can be also heated) is situated in a large one hectare park-style garden with old pine trees and lavender patches. The numerous trees provide plenty of shady Corners. There are ample sun-beds and lounging chairs and an XL modern sun umbrella for those who prefer the shade. There is an extensive parking/boules/badminton area in front of the house and a ping-pong table is available too.

Located in Murs, Mas La Bellevue offers accomodation with a private, heated pool for 8 people. The Villa features 4 bedrooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a washing machine and a bathroom. This 4 double bedroom house, built in the traditional dry stone of the region and newly renovated, has 250 m² of living space and outbuildings as well as a 10 x 4m heated pool and 12 000 m² garden.
